The waiter who  (2)   the man came up and said to him, "What would your little boy like, Sir?"   “Oh, just an ice cream (冰淇淋)," the man said to the waiter. Then he  (3)   up and said to the waiter, I’m just going out to buy a newspaper."
   The waiter gave the boy an ice cream. The boy ate it, and then stood up and walked  (4)   the door.
