A large number of them will choose to stay in a big city, which means more opportunities, more space for career development and naturally higher salary. But in recent years, some other graduates intend to start their careers in small towns, where they will bear lower stress and face less fierce competition. In addition , they can be a big fish in a small pond. They can easily get the employer’s attention and may win promotion earlier. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to start career in a metropolis, for I believe that a good start is half the battle. Staying in a big city, I can learn more, experience more and obtain more.
