[B talks.] First, we should choose ways of transportation. There are many ways available. We can go abroad by train, by air, by ship. Of course, it depends the time and money of our company. Second,’ Accommodation should be taken into account. We should book the room early, and plan how long we will stay. Third, we should also appoint the engagement with the person you are going to meet. We should also check the date when we get there to see whether the time is suitable for them. Interlocutor: ? Thank you. Now, *A, what do you think is the most important [A replies.] In my opinion, to contact the person you are going to meet is the most important. ? Thank you. All right.
