答案Dear City Council,（Police） Since last week, people of number 43 of this street have been causing a lot of problems to us. They played Majiang very late into the night from 10 PM till 3 Am next morning and sometimes till 4 Am and the noise they made is so loud that we could not sleep for the whole night. We had talked to them and they did not listen and things are now getting even worse.. Please send somebody over to stop them from doing this again. Your early action will be highly appreciated.
