One’s talents cannot be only gauged by the formal schooling. Finally, most of the companies do not specialize in the cutting-edge science, where doctors could be a total waste. In conclusion, I believe candidates should not be evaluated only by their academic degree and the recruiters are supposed to appreciate the talents and abilities more.
