    法律专家认为，关注“暴力威胁”，即威胁配偶说“你要离婚就杀了你”之类，按照联合国《消除对妇女的暴力宣言》“对妇女暴力”的定义，这也是一种施暴。这种行为也应该受到法律的干预。
    国外如果有此类报警，威胁者会被带走、受警告和教育。总之，社会需要完善这方面的法制，使家庭暴力无法作为“家务事”而不受限制。
