Most of England and Wales will have a cold, dry day. It will be sunny at times. There will be a little rain in the north in the afternoon. The wind will be weak in the east, but quite strong in the west. At night the temperature will stay above zero in most parts of the southeast and Midlands. But in the north, the west and Wales, the temperature will be below zero.
    In most parts of Scotland, the temperature will be above zero in the day. But at night it will fall below zero again, and the roads will again be very dangerous because of ice. There will also be more snow in the night. The snow will be very heavy in some places in the hills.
