答案 Working Experience When it comes to working experience, people hold varying opinions . Most companies prefer graduates who have some kind of working experience. In their opinion , what the college students learn from books is theoretical. Besides , they believe that job seekers with working experience are more cooperative in teamwork. However, others , especially job seekers who have just graduated from university hold that it is unfair to them. For one thing , it is a pity for them not to have the chance to practice what they have learned to gain experience. For another , they maintain that the knowledge they have gained from the books and formal education enables them to learn about the things that most people have no opportunity to experience in their daily life. As far as I’m concerned , both of these two arguments are reasonable to some extent. Various ways can be adopted to settle the conflicts. From the perspective of the employers, they can try their hand at hiring fresh but adventurous graduates, absorbing new thinking patterns and working methods. As for the college students, they should take part in more social practice to gain practical experience.
