答案 The series of charts offer us basic information about employment rate of university graduates in 2005. The first chart indicates that the employment rate rises by 24.4 percent in 2005 compared to 2003. The second portrays that in different types of universities, the employment rate of "211 Universities" is the highest to 84. 8%. The last describes that based on gender, the employment rate of the male is higher than that of the female by 5.9 percent. Such information intends to remind us of treating graduate employment rationally. Today, employment of university students is not only family priority among priorities but also a major issue involved in establishment of harmonious society. With the massive expansion of university enrollment and economic slowdown in recent years, employment situation is increasingly severe. However, considering large population base and stable growth rate year on year, we should be inspired by acquired achievements. Subjectively speaking, present employment problems are primarily caused by misfit of high desires of graduates and social requirements in reality. Therefore, besides furthering economic development, the solution to employment problems of university students mostly depends on changes of their employment attitude or value. Employment is a cornerstone of social stability, closely related to people’s livelihood, Government should enact and perfect policies to encourage students to take up occupation in grassroots units. Graduates should also abandon imaginary "ivory lower" thoughts to meet social needs.
