As for those that have tried, as many as 74. 2% of French firms have provided workers with flexible working hours. The programme is also widely applied in Netherland, Switzerland and Sweden, with 68. 6% ,68. 5% and 68. 3% respectively. Moreover, 39% of French firms plan to enlarge the programme and the percentage of French firms dropping the programme is zero. With the highest percentage of firms planning to maintain the programme at its present level, Sweden also has 0% of dropping.
