    We have received your letter of May 20 asking us to reduce the price of the goods. We feel great sympathized with you for the trouble you have suffered.
    In fact, we have delivered the goods in time to the shipping company, and you can see it from the B/L, so the delay was caused by them When we made this inquiry to them, they admitted that they were very busy these days and some of the goods were delivered late.
