    在我方要求伦敦ABC银行对标题为“Your L／C No．6854，Our BP33048 921”所列信用证下的我方议付进行偿付时，伦敦方通知我方，支付是在有保留的条件下进行的，原因是该信用证已透支110美元。

In this regard, we would point out that the credit stipulates "Difference of about 2% in quantity and amount is acceptable". In view of the fact that the amount we claimed is within the said limit, we therefore hope that you mill lift the reserve under advice to us.
