答案A In my opinion, the first two points are indispensable when we organise a business reception. First, we should attach much importance to the introduction of the guests. Quite a lot of people don’t know each other before the reception, so it is the organizer’s obligation to arrange contacts between them and let them know each other. Secondly, atmosphere also exerts an important role. It is pleasant and lively atmosphere that makes everybody feel happy and therefore makes the reception successful. As for souvenir, although it is something we can do without, it makes the reception more completed and help remind the guests of our company. B When we deliver a speech, all the three factors play a role in its success. Firstly, a well-chosen topic is half the success, that is, the topic which we choose can greatly determine whether our speech can achieve the desired effect. Secondly, eye contact, as a way of communication, also plays an important role. Making eye contact shows how we care about our audience and in return, it may help draw the audience’s attention. Thirdly, we should also highlight rhythm when giving a speech. Proper control of rhythm can make our speech more appealing to the aduience and make it easily understood.
