Without supervision, kids would buy attractive food rather than nutritious food, such as fries and cola. Some of them even skip breakfast to save money for movies or comic books. To tackle this problem, parents had better prepare breakfast for their kids. Of course, this sounds like a lot of work on the part of parents. However, extra work is well worth doing for the sake of their kids’ health and study.
