M: Hello, Mary, this is Dan Morrison from the office. I’m calling to see how Tom is doing today.
W: Oh, hello, Mr. Morrison. The doctor said he’d be able to go back to work tomorrow.
M: Please tell him there’s no hurry. I’ve had George Johnson take his assignments for the time being.

W: What on earth are you doing here?
M: I’m trying to fix the table.
W: But the baby is sleeping.
M: Why not take the baby to the next door where it’s quiet?
