It’s not easy to be a good team manager since you have more responsibilities and you should always inspire and encourage your team to work better. Your team’s performance depends mostly on you. I can’t understand why it’s so hard for a boss or a manager to recognize his employees’ accomplishments and simply say "Well done" at least once in a while.
