To do this effectively, managers need to develop certain skills to be successful in a particular position. And they must have enough technical knowledge to gain some credibility with their subordinates. Secondly, creative thinking is very important. Heroes are an integral element of corporate culture. They serve as role models for the other employees in a company. People identify with them and attempt to emulate them. Every company has its heroes. They play a very important role in promoting corporate culture. Rules and regulations are also important to corporate culture because they help reinforce desired behavior, which tell people what they are expected to do for their company and try to guide them along the right path. Corporation need a storyteller, who has been around the organization a long time and has done an outstanding job. He will share some stories with new people. The story is about the same basic theme: work hard and you will succeed. Interviewer: Thank you. Time is up. Now, Liming, what is the question you’d like to ask Liulili?
