You could have a refinance boom going forward, and that would create one situation. As you see, real estate sales are down. Real estate values continue to go down, which breeds dissatisfaction on the part of people out there who bought houses thinking they were going to make a profit. And so it just depends. You have to have confidence that Countrywide will continue to morph.
