The very scene in the picture has made us reflect upon what is presently worth noticing—love of sports and exercises, since love of sports and exercises considerably contributes to our personal life and social progress. Sports including jogging, an indispensable part in our daily life, have gained increasing popularity since it has been regarded as an effective way to maintain physical and mental health. In today’s increasingly competitive society, the tempo of people’s living is speeding up and more and more urban citizens find it hard to adapt themselves to the fast pace of life. Under this circumstance, engaging in sports has become one way for people to relieve stress. The necessity of doing exercises for the young should not be ignored. Since young people are trapped in countless business and social activities, they fail to spare any time to do sports regularly. As a result, their health condition is deteriorating even when they are still young, and they can’t afford the cost on the condition that they do not cherish the chance to exercise.
