What are the speakers talking about?

M: I have been waiting here in the conference room for ten minutes already. What time does the meeting start? Where is anyone anyway?
W: Didn’t you hear that our meeting was postponed until Friday?
M: What? The meeting was postponed? No one told me anything about it.
W: Did you get the memo?
M:(4)What memo? There hasn’t been any memo this whole week. I check my inbox every day. And I haven’t seen anything.
W:(5)The memo went out 3 days ago. It should have been in your inbox, but maybe lost in all collectors on your desk.
M: I always read all the memos go around: they go directly to my inbox. Are you sure they were sent to the whole office?
W: It should have got around to everybody. They also post a copy of the memo in the break room. Don’t you ever look at massages posted on the bulletin board?
M:(6)I’m usually too busy to take a coffee break by die water cooler. Anyway, I’m sure the memo never gets to my inbox. I’ll have to talk to our secretary about it.
W: That’s right. You will never know what you’re missing out of it if you don’t read the memos.
