W: Well, the reason I wanted to complete the degree as quickly as possible is that I am older than most undergraduate students. W: I mean that I really do want to test my abilities against very high standards. That’s why I want to work for your company. And I don’t mean that I bully people. I hope I never do that. But I am determined and I am direct—and most people like that and respond to it. They don’t feel threatened by it.
