In order-to look for a good job and earn more money, more and more human resources from the countryside have migrated into the big cities. Unfortunately, the big cities become more and more crowded, the food become less and less and a series of problems have arisen, such as the heavy traffic problem, and the serious pollution problem. In addition, in the countryside, the elderly and the young will not be well taken care of, and the crops will not be grown because of the lack of human resources.
