I am responding to your request for comments and feedback on Hyperion’s classes this month. I saw the advertisement on the Internet and signed up for the class that began on May 5. I thought it would be very useful for me, as I work in the hospitality industry and am planning to open a new restaurant this coming fall. I have to say that I was not disappointed at all with the class. I learned a lot after completing the last session a few days ago. I found the lessons taught in each session to be informative and helpful. I gained a lot of insight and ideas that I will use for my upcoming business venture. The instructor, Mr. Alex Hernandez, was very patient and innovative in his teaching approach. Also, I heard great things about the class on storage space taught by Laura Palmer. I was wondering if you will be offering this class again. If so, please let me know as I am very interested in attending.
