As the tendency of social progress, the Western Development meets the requirements of both people and society. Through which, more fruits of science and technology will be tasted (appreciated) in production. More progresses will be made in economic activity. And people’s living standard will be greatly improved. What’s more, people can enjoy both a better school and a richer cultural life as the result of the Western Development. In my opinion, Western Development is of great significance. More attentions, however, must be paid to it simultaneously. We should suit the assistance to the local condition.
