Good teachers should not only impart knowledge to students, but also care about their psychological state, especially those of the so-called "inferior students". Thus, it requires a lot of patience when teachers look after these academically and sometimes morally poor children. For another, patience is of great importance to the process of decision-making. There is no doubt that haste would result in poor decisions which are made without enough research and adequate thinking. Therefore, patience may cost a lot of time, but it is still worth it.
