According to this phenomenon, there are both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages; with the competition in the job market becoming increasingly fierce for college graduates. So some ambitious students have tired their hands at launching their own business. College students who start business are pioneers, among whom will be born china’s future business leaders. Nevertheless, they are the masters of their own destiny. They also keep exploring for new business opportunities and work tirelessly until they succeed. As people of vision, of individual initiative, of leadership, and of creativity and innovation, they represent the future of the hope of a nation. Disadvantages: college graduates are short of social experience. Though the students grasped certain knowledge from books, they are short of business management ultimately. In addition, due to college graduates’ lack of marketing, they are under quality for the role of manager. College graduates stay in the college campus for long time, which makes them lack of understanding of society, market development and enterprise operation. Besides, they are hard to find an enterprise job or internship to accumulate the related management and marking experience. There are few chances to receive professional guidance so that they can’t gain necessary business knowledge. As for me, it is a good choice for college students to start their own undertakings. However, it is a very difficult cause, which needs firm determination, clear mind, ability to endure hardship and a feasible project. Therefore, think it over and make full preparation before you decide to start your own business.
