Man: Er... hello, I’ve got to get to your office. Can I walk there? I’m at the station.
Woman: Oh yes. Turn right out of the station, walk to the end of the road, then turn left. It’s the building on your right, opposite the park.
Man: Thanks.

Woman: Hello, it’s Ace Computers. Your new computer is ready - could we deliver it early next week - say, on the third of May?
Man: Mmm. Well, on the second and third I’ll be away at a conference.
Woman: Would the fourth be convenient?
Man: Yes, that should be OK. Thanks.
