I am writing about my recent stay at the Grainger Park Central Opal Hotel on January 20. I booked the deal on your Web site as part of your offer for previous Pack and Go online customers and made my payment at the time of the booking. However, when I checked my bank account after my stay, I realized I had been charged twice for my stay. I received the full 25% discount, but $260 has been deducted from my account rather than the $130 for the package I selected.
