We can no longer expect that things will soon return to normal, because in a world with a【C14】______changing climate system there is no【C15】______to return to.
    The unrest today is no longer【C16】______between heavily armed superpowers, but【C17】______spreading food shortages and rising food prices that【C18】______our global future. Unless governments quickly redefine security and shift【C19】______from military uses to investing in climate change ease, water efficiency, soil【C20】______, and population stabilization, the world will in all likelihood be facing a future with both more climate instability and food price volatility (波动).
