First of all, companies focus more on how to generate profits from business than on social responsibilities they should assume. To survive the fierce market competition, the ability to seal a deal is prioritized. In addition, aggressive managers seem to be favored by companies, because they are usually more ambitious, driven, and able to bring tangible benefits to companies, while gentler managers are deemed less tough or sophisticated. In my opinion, the qualities mentioned in the chart are all very important. Therefore, in order to drive a balance on the management, a company should employ managers with different qualities.
