答案
My favourite way to relax is little bit strange. Even my parents are often surprised at it. Well, this isn’t the only way I ease off, but definitely, my favourite one. Here is how I do it. Normally, I close the door of my room. Then I draw the curtains and light a low-powered light bulb to cut the outside noise and bright light. I live in a busy urban area where it’s rather difficult to find a very quiet place to enjoy myself, but I create one. After the room quiets down, I turn on my CD player and play either Pink Floyd or Enigma in a low volume. In the meantime, I close my eyes and try to think of the happy memories of my childhood. This gives me immense joy as most of my childhood memories are full of happiness. If I spend about half an hour in this way, I’ll start feeling a sensation that is utmost pleasant. I remain half awake and an hour is good enough to recharge my batteries and feel fully refreshed. I usually do it in my room. Whenever I feel upset or miserable, I try to relax in this way to get rid of those negative emotions. I can’t say it works all the time, but it’s a good way to try. I guess the reason why I always try to remember the happy memories of my childhood is because they’re something I’ve psychologically accepted as a remedy to my depression and mental stress. Since I’ve been doing it for a while and my body and mind have got used to this process, it works like a panacea to me.
