答案 A Memo To: Infomation Department From: Wang Lin, Secretary of Manager Subject: Negotiation between GAO and Microsoft Date: January 7,2007 Message: Today, GAO and Microsoft had a negotiation in the Grand Hotel, Beijing. The participants are the managers of Sales Department and Marketing Department of the two companies. They talked about the problems of cooperation of the two companies in the field of hi-tech computer products and establishing a branch company of Microsoft in China. On the first problem, an agreement was achieved: Microsoft will provide the most advanced technology, while GAO will take care of marketing and customer service. However, on the second problem, they did not reach any agreement. Therefore, on February 10, 2007, the two sides will hold a second round of negotiation on this issue.
