Last month we ignored the fact that the exercise books you had delivered were of different colours that expected. But this time we are going to send you all the goods back. They should be replaced and delivered to us as soon as possible. What is more, we must ask you for a 15% discount. Unless the problem is solved quickly, we will have to undertake legal steps, as this kind of situation is unacceptable. Please treat the matter as urgent.
