W:Just use one of the laundry bags in your closet. If you put it out before ten in the morning, you will getit back by five.
M:Thanks. I have one problem that I hate to bother you with, but the air conditioner in my room doesn’t seem to work right.
W:Is there anything in particular wrong with it?
M:Yes,it seems to be making a funny noise and it isn’t really cooling the room much.
W:I’m sorry about that and I’ll call the maintenance people to check it right away.

W:We have the local newspaper here at the desk,land if you’d like a national or foreign paper, we have those in the gift shop. That’s in the lobby.
