   Choose shows that develop your kids’ interest in hobbies and learning. Then preview the programs to make sure they’ re proper before your kids watch them.
   Come up with a family TV schedule. Make sure to turn off the TV when the "scheduled" programs are over instead of watching something else on TV.
   Watch TV with your kids and talk to them about what they see on TV and share your own beliefs and values, asking them thought-provoking(令人深省的)questions.
