Accidents increase from January to March, decrease in June, increase again through August, then decrease through the remainder of the year. The two lowest records are 22 accidents in January and 16 in November. 　　A possible reason for the two decreases in car accidents in March, April and May and in September through November might be continuous warning based on reports of increasing traffic accidents. Drivers were urged to strictly obey the traffic rules and drive at a reasonable speed and with more concentration. Another reason for the decline in car accidents might be weather conditions:less heavy rains, no , strong wind, no burning summer heat and no heavy fog. 　　Based on the number of car accidents in January, there should be more accidents in December than in November.
