答案 The Importance of Enthusiasm We’ve all had the experience to do something that we do not particularly enjoy. Usually we feel depressed, tend to quit and end up with failure. However, things would be much more different if we adopt a positive attitude towards those seemingly unfavourable situations. As the saying goes, "a man can succeed at almost anything for which he has unlimited enthusiasm." In my view, the saying can be justified by the following two reasons. For one thing, the saying is true in that people with great enthusiasm are inclined to have an optimistic attitude towards life. For another, enthusiasm means a firm belief in what we are doing. We believe that our study or work is important and contributes to our ultimate goal, thus we are willing to put all our efforts to do it well. Great people could make history when they put enthusiasm into their mission while ordinary people could change their lives when they are full of enthusiasm. As college students, a good way to generate enthusiasm is to learn from successful people. In most cases, they share a common trait: enthusiasm. If we want to succeed, we are required to be excited about our study and our life.
