答案In regard to making a market research, the first step you should take is to set up your objectives. For instance, reducing profits, avoiding losing customers to a competitor and launching a new product. All the issues are the aims which you must attain during the research. Next, working out a plan is also necessary in making a market research. If your present job lags behind the plan, you should speed up. If the case is opposite, you should slow down. What’s more, analysing data is another important process after collecting data. From data collected you can know the causes of the problems and realise your aims by solving them.
