Besides, the caption says that the heartwarming thing must also be controlled, otherwise, when a thing reaches its limit it turns round, for example overeating fatty foods or having a bad habit. There are some reasons behind this phenomenon. First of all, with the Chinese economy thriving, people’s living standard has been improved greatly, so people have more money spent on food. Secondly, people nowadays face huge pressure from supporting a family and work, therefore, they reward themselves with delicious food after a hard day at work. Finally, many people have formed bad habits as they usually skip meals due to too busy in work or in a bid to lose weight, as a result, they are too hungry and eat more. From my point of view, bad eating habits will have a terrible influence on our health, the quality of life or even on our life expectancy, as improper diet will pose a huge burden on our body. Therefore, we should develop a good eating habit so that we can keep fit to embrace a better life.
