M: I’m good at motivating people and leading them to work together as a team.

M: Sometimes narrow-minded people who are not receptive to new ideas make me feel frustrated. W: How do you handle conflict with your colleagues?
M: I try to present my new ideas in a clear and civilized manner in order to get my points across.
