The table chart given above reflects the elements that may influence employees’ loyalty to a company. As is clearly conveyed in the chart, employees at different levels and positions show totally different attitudes towards these factors. Employees working at basic levels show the most obvious tendency that a good manager/ boss is one of the significant things for their loyalty. Junior employees consider that many factors may influence their loyalty, such as healthcare benefits, retirement benefits as well as a good manager/ boss. As regards senior employees, it is not difficult to find that healthcare benefits and retirement benefits are ranked as their first concern. The various attitudes demonstrated by the chart should be given more discussion. For the young generation, what they need most is working experience and an excellent manager is capable of finding their advantages and putting them in a proper position, which enables the young to bring their talents and potentials into full play. In addition, the middle aged junior employees shoulder more responsibilities from both work and family, so they need more guarantees to keep their loyalty to a company. Last but not least, senior employees have worked for the company for a long time. If they are guaranteed with a respectable amount of healthcare benefits and retirement benefits, they will become the most loyal group for a company. Employees’ loyalty is of great importance to the sustainable development of a certain company. According to the various demands of different employees, it is wise for companies to flexibly adjust the benefits and meet the needs of employees.
