M: Excuse me, can you tell me which way the historical gallery is?
W: Sure, just walk straight past the cafe and video room, and you’ll see it. You can also pick up a free audio tour headset in the museum’s front lobby. Is this your first visit here?
M: Yes, actually my aunt is here in London looking at real estate. It’s my university’s spring break week, so I was able to come along with her on holiday.
W: Great. I’ll give you this pamphlet, then. It shows the locations of all the galleries on each floor of the building. It also shows where all the washrooms and public phones are. Here you are, and enjoy your visit.
