答案
Today there many companies both in and out of China. Some of them are large companies, such as Haier, Microsoft, Sony and so on. There are also many small companies running their business at the same time. For me, I hope to work in a large company in the future. The first reason is that large companies have stronger economic power than small ones. With sufficient capital, they can invest more money in their business, thus facilitating their accumulation of wealth and control of the market. In other words, they will have more advantages over small ones in today’s fierce competition and have less danger of being merged. They can also withstand a sudden economic crisis, such as the Asian Financial Crisis that happened in 1997 and the European Financial Crisis that is still happening and that had enormous influence on the world economy. Secondly, large companies have a better management system, which is very important for their existence and development. In such a good management system, employees will work to the best of their abilities, for their benefits are closely related to the performance of their companies. For example, they will always be punctual, cooperate with their colleagues and try to learn new things so that they can keep pace with this highly developing world. Thirdly, working in a large company you can get a higher pay as well as many other premiums and benefits, such as insurance, medical care and pension. Meanwhile, large companies usually have a good prestige, for which many people strive for all their lives. In fact, large companies always have greater attraction to talented people because they can provide best conditions for vocational training and personal development. On the other hand, to work in a large company, one will be confronted with greater competition than to work in a small one. But if one has set a goal in mind and tries to improve himself in various ways, the dream of working in an economically strong, well-managed and high paying company will definitely come true.
