答案
People who suffer from OCUD are more likely to be anxious, sensitive and emotional. They feel uncomfortable if they don’ t check on their cellular phones less than every 30 seconds. Sometimes, they believe that they can’ t live without their phones. This obsession can cause serious problems on people’ s life. But what could we do to change the bad habit? Here are some tips that could help you build immunity to the disorder. Firstly, develop a good habit like reading books. According to Bacon, reading makes a full man. As many books as you read, you will find enjoyments of life as well as various knowledge. Secondly, addiction to cellular phones will damage your eyes and your body. So, why not put down your phones instead of doing some exercises? Keep fit while you appreciate the beautiful view. Thirdly, spend less time with your cellular phones but more time with your family and friends. No matter how lovely the emoticons are, they are no better than a warm hug with your family and friends. Besides the above tips, there is one more thing you have to notice—the world around you is far more better than what you thought to be. You just need to step out of the "box" of cellular phones to embrace the real wonderful world.
