答案 Practice What You Preach [1]The drawing portrays an ironical scene in which a leading cadre is lecturing a boss on "no smoking for fire prevention" while he himself departs from his own instruction by smoking. [2]It is clear that the drawing is assailing a serious social phenomenon that some leading cadres cannot exercise strict self-discipline, [3] much less set a good example for others to follow in implementing policies. [4]Consequently, many problems related to this phenomenon arise. In the first place, the leaders cannot identify with the common people if they enjoy some privileges and they would alienate themselves from the people finally.
