M: Bring me a large mint, please.
W: Will that be all, or are you ready to order?
M: Yes, I am. I’ll have the veggie sandwich on whole wheat. Hold the mayonnaise, please.
W: That comes with your choice of soup or a salad.
M: What soups do you have?
W: We have potato, bean, tomato, vegetable beef, or cream of broccoli.
M: Does the potato soup have pork in it?
W: Yes, it has pieces of ham.
M: Well, then I’ll have the cream of broccoli.
W: Will that be all?
