April 20  Wednesday  9:00 a.m.  discussion;
    12:00  sign the Letter of Intent;
    1:30 p.m.  Peking Duck Dinner;
    3:30 p.m.  visit the Summer Palace;
    6:00 p.m.  departure for Shanghai.
