   Teenagers at 16 or 17 years old are usually impulsive. As such, they are easier to be distracted while driving a car, which may result in serious accidents. Therefore, there would be fewer accidents if the legal age for driving is raised to 18 years old.

Besides raising the legal age for driving, the government should enforce tougher laws and exercise stricter supervision to decrease traffic injuries.
