The survey results attest to the uncomfortable experience many people have to endure in the rush hour. To address this issue, two measures could be taken by the public transportation agency. And the government could give those riders a monetary reward equivalent to the bus fares which have been saved. To conclude, the above-mentioned measures would better control the demand and supply of buses and make bus passengers feel better.
