Candidate A: English training shouldn’t be compulsory for every employee. It’s not the case that everyone has to speak English at work, right? As is always said, necessity makes the deal. English training should only be provided to those who need it, and those who like it, of course. It’s meaningless to make it compulsory for everyone. Candidate B: Well, since we can hardly agree with each other on this question. Let’s move on to the second one. How to make sure that everyone can benefit from this program? Candidate A: The improvement of English depends on a joint effort. The trainers should provide chance for trainees to practice, as practice is of great importance in language learning. As for the trainees, I think they should try to apply what they learn to their daily work and communication. Candidate B: The management is also crucial. They should try to motivate the employees in every means, for example, provide some kind of bonus or "scholarship" for the excellent learner.
